Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills. Experience with patient ratios of 1:4–1:6. Ability to adapt to virtual nurse support and contemporary clinical technology. Key Responsibilities: Deliver patient‑centered care on a busy med‑surg unit. Monitor and manage telemetry patients. Partner with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and optimize care.
