Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Step-Down RN with expertise in caring for patients with cardiac and respiratory conditions. This travel contract offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, handling patient populations with complex needs such as congestive heart failure and respiratory failure.

Key responsibilities of the Step-Down RN include:

• Post-heart cath care and TR band management
• Monitor and manage cardiac dysrhythmias, including interpretation and intervention
• Manage respiratory support systems such as BiPAP, CPAP, and Vapotherm
• Perform frequent vital signs and neurovascular checks
• Administer and manage IVs, PICC lines, and cardiac drips

Requirements of the Step-Down RN include:

• Valid BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in Step-Down or Cardiac Care
• Proficiency in dysrhythmia interpretation and management
• Experience with cardiac telemetry, 12-lead EKG/ECG, and procedural sedation
