Machine OperatorsOur client in Paulsboro, NJ, is looking for experienced 1st and 2nd Shift Machine Operators for Temp-to-Perm positions. Hours: Mon to Fri 6 AM – 2:30 PM | 2:30 PM – 11 PM Pay: $22-$24/HR DOE Description:Efficiently operate and disassemble tablet presses, manage hopper transfers, and ensure proper equipment lubrication and cleanliness.Perform, document, and interpret in-process testing according to SOPs and batch record specifications, adjusting equipment as needed to prevent downtime.Clean, inspect, and log rooms, tooling, and equipment to maintain strict QA standards and supervisor verification.Verify raw materials, maintain tooling logs, and complete accurate GMP documentation for all tableting activities.Conduct GMP walkthroughs, safety checklists, inventory checks, and cross-train in blending to maintain an audit-ready facility.Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent.6+ months of manufacturing experience; tableting experience preferred.Strong understanding of cGMPs, FDA regulations, and workplace safety standards.Hands-on mechanical competency using standard hand tools.Strong attention to detail with basic mathematical proficiency.Ability to stand for extended periods and routinely lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.Benefits include: Medical Insurance, Dental Plan, Vision Plan, New Benefits – Teladoc, Mental Health, Alternative Medicine, etc., and 401K plan*Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $22.00 - $24.00 Per Hour
