Senior Business Process Consultant
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support clients in the telecommunications sector, the part-time Senior Business Process Consultant will leverage deep experience in ServiceNow to assess current operations, define future-state processes, and guide transformation initiatives across various telecom workflows. Key responsibilities Lead discovery sessions and workshops to analyze and redesign end-to-end business processes in telecom operations Advise clients on aligning business processes with ServiceNow capabilities and standardizing workflows across service and network functions Facilitate stakeholder engagement to translate business needs into functional requirements and transformation roadmaps Required qualifications Strong experience in telecom business process consulting and operational design Deep understanding of telecom workflows, particularly in TSOM, TNI, TSM, ITSM, and FSM Experience with ServiceNow in a consulting capacity, connecting platform capabilities to business outcomes Proven ability to lead process discovery workshops and future-state design discussions Familiarity with telecom standards such as TM Forum eTOM and OSS/BSS integration environments
