Manager, People Operations

Revolution Medicines seeks a Manager of People Operations to lead day-to-day HR service delivery across the U.S. and Canada, overseeing employee lifecycle operations, payroll administration, and system management. This hands-on role will manage team development while ensuring accurate execution of policies and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency as the company scales.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day People Operations service delivery across employee lifecycle and support channels
• Oversee accurate administration of HR policies and manage escalated policy-related questions
• Coach and develop People Operations team members while setting clear priorities and accountability
• Monitor operational excellence including data quality, exception queues, and process controls in Workday
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities across People Operations

Requirements

• People Operations or HR operations management experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams and develop staff
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms, particularly Workday
• Strong knowledge of payroll, employee records, and HR compliance processes
• Experience translating operational priorities into effective workflows and processes
• Ability to manage escalations and resolve complex HR policy questions
