The Opportunity

As a Junior Project Consultant, you will be extensively trained to succeed in a one-call-close, in-home sales environment . You will work closely with experienced sales professionals and leadership while developing the skills required to perform at a high level.

You will run 1–3 appointments per day , depending on readiness and performance.

What You’ll Do

• Learn and deliver in-home sales presentations
  

• Shadow and progressively lead appointments
  

• Travel throughout New Jersey to customer homes
  

• Develop objection-handling, closing, and consultative selling skills
  

• Attend weekly training, role-play, and development sessions
  

• Build emotional discipline, confidence, and professional maturity
  

Requirements

• Willingness to work evenings and weekends
  

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  

• Strong communication skills and professional presence
  

• High coachability and openness to feedback
  

• Comfort with commission-only compensation
  

Prior In-Home Sales experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation & Earnings

• Straight commission with uncapped earning potential

• Majority company-provided leads
  

• Enhanced commission opportunity for self-generated sales
  

• Expected first-year earnings: $75,000–$125,000

• High performers earning $150,000+

• Performance-based bonuses and incentives
  

This role does not include guaranteed income. Earnings are directly tied to performance and consistency.
