Coordinador de Participación Familiar y Comunitaria

Descripción del puesto El Coordinador de Participación Familiar y Comunitaria sirve como un recurso y líder de sistemas para las familias, miembros de la comunidad, el distrito y el personal de la escuela. Colabora con diversos interesados para avanzar en la prioridad estratégica de KCKPS de empoderar a las familias y a la comunidad en el éxito de los estudiantes. El Coordinador apoya el desarrollo de asociaciones efectivas entre familias y escuelas y facilita eventos de participación familiar. Responsabilidades Preparar informes y producir boletines informativos. Construir relaciones con proveedores de servicios locales y apoyar a las familias en la navegación del sistema escolar. Desarrollar currículos, redactar informes y comunicar con diversos interesados. Asegurar la seguridad y el bienestar de los estudiantes. Visitar hogares de los estudiantes. Ejecutar demandas físicas como sentarse, mantenerse de pie, caminar y levantar ocasionalmente hasta 50 libras. Requisitos Calificaciones de empleo establecidas por la Junta de Educación. Título de licenciatura (se prefiere título de maestría). 3 a 5 años de experiencia relevante.
