Field On-Call Technician

Job description:

We are looking for motivated, dependable insulation professionals to join our growing team as we expand our presence in the insulation industry. This position combines hands-on insulation installation with field support and quality control responsibilities.

Your Role

• Perform insulation removal and blow-in insulation installations, as well as radiant barrier installations.
• Respond to client complaints and service concerns when needed and visit job sites to assess and address issues.
• Serve as an on-call field representative to help resolve customer concerns and ensure projects are completed correctly.
• Visit job sites to check on crews and make sure work is being performed safely, professionally, and according to company standards.
• Inspect completed and ongoing work for quality, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements.
• Communicate with the Operations Manager, Office Manager, and Crew Leaders regarding upcoming projects, scheduling, job-site concerns, and customer feedback.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving installation issues in the field.
• Maintain a professional and positive relationship with clients, team members, and national customers.
• Work effectively in a team environment within a growing company that services a national client.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in insulation removal and installation is highly preferred.
• Experience with blow-in insulation and radiant barrier installation is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to inspect job sites, identify problems, and communicate solutions effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• High-performance attitude, self-motivation, and reliability.
• Punctual and dependable, with the ability to respond to on-call needs when required.
• Ability to follow instructions and company procedures.
• Comfortable working independently while also being part of a team.

• Ability to represent the company professionally when visiting client locations and job sites.
