We are seeking a motivated and professional Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity located in Orange, CA, with competitive pay and excellent benefits. Job Details Salary: $50,000 to $150,000 per year Job Type: Full Time Location: Orange, CA 92867 Work Schedule Flexible work schedule, 4-5 days per week Ability to take up to 7 consecutive days off per month Responsibilities Greet customers on the sales floor and conduct a needs analysis to identify vehicle preferences including make, model, and features. Explain vehicle features and demonstrate operation in the showroom or on test drives. Research availability of models and options using computer databases. Collaborate with Sales and Finance & Insurance Managers to negotiate sales price, tax, trade-in allowances, license fees, and financing or lease terms. Inspect inventory regularly by walking the lot. Complete sales paperwork and coordinate delivery and vehicle registration. Deliver the vehicle to customers and provide orientation on its features. Attend required training sessions and department meetings. Maintain regular and predictable attendance. Benefits Competitive compensation with earnings between $50,000 and $150,000 annually. Flexible scheduling with up to 7 consecutive days off per month. Bonus pay with 'Speed Pay' options up to twice weekly. Job Requirement: One year of related experience or equivalent combination of education and training. Strong sales skills with excellent communication and customer service abilities. Organized with thorough follow-up skills to maintain client relationships before and after sales. Valid driver's license required. Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. Ability to speak a second language is preferred but not required.
