We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Facility Maintenance Apprentice to join our Facilities Services team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the functionality and safety of our facilities, ensuring a high standard of operational efficiency. As a Facility Maintenance Apprentice, you will perform routine maintenance and repairs on various systems and equipment/hydraulics, including plumbing, electrical, and general building upkeep. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues, which requires a solid understanding of mechanical systems. This role demands a proactive approach to facility management, enabling you to identify potential problems before they escalate, thereby ensuring the comfort and safety of all building occupants. Attention to detail and an ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team are essential qualities we seek. You will be a key member of our maintenance staff to complete projects swiftly while minimizing disruption to daily operations.
