Route Service Representative (4 Day Workweek)

Job Description Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. The role involves driving a truck along an established route, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, cleaning products, and other facility service products. It is a physical, fast‑paced indoor/outdoor position. Key Responsibilities Act as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers. Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns. Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services. Negotiate service agreement renewals, control inventory, and work professionally and safely. Comply with driving and vehicle regulations. Skills & Qualifications Required: Active driver's license. At least 21 years of age. DOT medical certification. Documentation of previous employment. All Successful Candidates Will Also Possess: Physical readiness to meet job demands. High School diploma, GED or equivalent military service. Strong customer service orientation. Self‑motivation and teamwork orientation. Positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit. Compensation & Benefits Base salary plus commission. Total compensation ranges $45,000 – $90,000 per year.
