Proposal Coordinator

An outdoor advertising company is looking for a Proposal Coordinator in the San Antonio, TX area to join their team working a hybrid schedule (2 days in office/3 days remote). Primary responsibilities include supporting account executives and campaign strategists (internal clients) making sure to understand needs of requests, processing all proposal elements and deliverable documents as directed by the Manager (eg: Sales Proposal Support, including: Excel spreadsheets, photo databases, PowerPoint presentations and map creation), assuring complete and timely completion of proposal deliverables, and working with Service Level Agreements (SLA) to ensure accuracy and continuity of deliverables. The ideal candidate is intrinsically motivated, will operate with a sense of urgency to make sure the internal clients have what they need, and be able to multitask and juggle several tasks and various accounts at once.

Required Skills & Experience
• Proficient in MS Suite (Will take IKM assessment covering Excel and PowerPoint)
Experience with Excel Spreadsheets (Grids) - Gather all the data for their proposals
Multitasking running various tests (photo sheets, specification sheets, and mapping tools)


Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Working in a high-paced environment
Salesforce experience
