Sr. Human Resources Coordinator

Sr. Human Resources Coordinator Greif is recruiting for a Senior Human Resources Coordinator to support HR operations and employee onboarding across the organization. Key Responsibilities Trains junior Human Resources Coordinators. Conducts audits of payroll, benefits, or other HR programs and recommends corrective actions. Assists with the termination process. Assists with the preparation of the annual performance review cycle, including performance documentation. Assists with new‑colleague background checks, onboarding, and submission of online investigation requests. Generates ad‑hoc reports as requested and performs other related duties as assigned. Supports colleagues in the benefit open enrollment process. Provides process improvement feedback to the Lead Human Resources Coordinator or management. Performs other duties as assigned. Education & Experience High school diploma (or equivalent) and 3‑6 years of relevant HR experience. Compensation Range $24.18 – $41.20 annually. Typical new‑hire wage $26.00 – $30.00 annually.
