Responsibilities for this HR Support Specialist job include:

·Providing administrative support to the Human Resources department and assisting with daily HR operations.

·Demonstrating effective communication and collaboration skills

·Coordinating the onboarding process for new hires, including employment paperwork, orientation, and system setup

·Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records

·Processing employment documents, including offer letters, background checks, employment verifications, and employee status changes.

·Maintaining HR databases and preparing reports related to hiring, attendance, turnover, and other HR metrics.

·Ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable federal and state employment laws while supporting HR projects and other HR initiatives.

·Auditing and reporting

·Other duties as required

Preferred Qualifications:

·High School Diploma

·2+ years of Microsoft Office experience

Pay Details: $22.00 to $23.00 per hour
