Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to develop, implement, and refine individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate consistently with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychologists, addiction specialists, and healthcare providers to ensure a cohesive approach to client care.

• Monitor client progress through regular check-ins and follow-up sessions, ensuring that treatment objectives are met and adjusting plans as necessary.

• Engage actively with clients, using therapeutic techniques to facilitate emotional healing and behavioral change.

• Work closely with families and support systems, offering guidance and resources to help navigate the recovery process.

• Create educational materials to assist in client understanding of their treatment journey and empower them toward sustainable recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients enrolled in our detox program, who are seeking recovery from substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A valid LCSW Licensure in Oregon is required.
