As a B2C service provider, your interactions will primarily occur virtually, utilizing teletherapy platforms to conduct assessments, counseling, and support sessions. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to determine the emotional and psychological needs of clients upon admission to the detox program.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that outline specific therapeutic goals and interventions tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions focusing on mental health and substance use disorders, applying various therapeutic modalities to promote recovery.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress through regular check-ins and adjust treatment plans as necessary to maximize therapeutic effectiveness and client outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention services for clients experiencing high-stress situations, employing de-escalation techniques and safety planning.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, medical staff, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care and sharing of insights for holistic treatment approaches.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve clients navigating the complex landscape of mental health and substance abuse. Compensation and Benefits\n
