Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual and group counseling tailored to address issues such as adjustment disorders, grief, and coping strategies for patients in detox.

• Working collaboratively with medical teams to integrate psychosocial care into the overall treatment plans for patients.

• Coordinating post-discharge services by liaising with community organizations to facilitate a smooth transition and continuity of care for patients.

• Entering timely, accurate documentation in accordance with hospital policies and legal requirements to ensure compliance and quality of care.

Qualifications\n
