Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough patient intakes, including diagnostic and functional evaluations, to inform treatment plans in collaboration with primary care providers.

• Provide brief therapeutic interventions for clients in need, addressing immediate mental health concerns to facilitate timely support.

• Act as an integral member of the primary care team, helping to identify and manage mental health and psychosocial issues that arise during patient care.

• Develop and initiate follow-up procedures to monitor patient progress and determine any necessary adjustments to treatment goals.

• Create and implement relapse prevention plans for at-risk patients, assisting them in achieving and maintaining stability in their lives.

• Document patient progress and clinical information meticulously in treatment charts, ensuring that primary care providers are kept updated on their patients' needs and treatment plans.

• Consult with clinic management and team members to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of behavioral health services offered.

• Adhere to the Code of Ethical Conduct for Clinical Professionals and carry out additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 87,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
