Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality individual and couples therapy to clients of all age ranges.

• Document clinical assessments and treatment plans adequately in our EMR system, adhering to timely completion of client notes and records.

• Manage scheduling for ongoing appointments and maintain an organized calendar to optimize client engagement.

• Work collaboratively with fellow therapists and school administrators to identify and address the unique mental health needs of students.

• Utilize a billing service for claims, financial inquiries, and client benefits, allowing you to focus on client care and therapy delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with students and their families, addressing a range of mental health concerns commonly presented in school settings. This includes anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and relationship challenges. Your approach will contribute significantly to student well-being and success and help create a positive school climate where mental health is prioritized.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work or a related field.

• Current independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Preferred Experience\n
