Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your main responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and support systems.

• Providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Designing and implementing personalized treatment plans with measurable goals to track the progress of clients.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure cohesive and coordinated care for clients.

• Leading crisis intervention efforts and risk assessments to address immediate client safety concerns.

• Documenting all client interactions and treatment plans meticulously to uphold ethical standards and legal requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work at Central Mind Core will involve a diverse array of clients, including individuals, couples, and families with various backgrounds and mental health challenges. You will have the opportunity to work closely with clients facing breakdowns in communication, relationship issues, trauma recovery, and mental health diagnoses requiring intervention and support.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited program.

• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas.

• At least two years of professional experience in a mental health or outpatient setting.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.

Compensation and Benefits\n
