The primary responsibility of the Case Manager Registered Nurse is:Incorporates appropriate assessment and intervention and/or technical skills in all interactions and/or delivery of patient care.Communicates with patients, team members, and management in an accurate, timely manner.Incorporates teaching in the delivery of care/service with a focus on health promotion and customer service.The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.Experience as an RN commensurate with the nurse case manager roleCurrent BCLS certificate.Ability to be a self-motivated learner, to take initiative in learning the many complex processesCompensation:Pay Range: $81,723.20/Yr. - $115,107.20/Yr.
