A&B Import Auto has been proudly serving Northern Colorado for over 40 years, and has expanded from strictly European and Japanese auto repair into servicing all makes and models. In the past 18 months, A&B has been growing fast, doubling our shop square footage and production capacity. We're searching high and low to find enthusiastic B and C level technicians to join our amazing team!

• Perform work efficiently and precisely, keeping mistakes and comebacks to an absolute minimum.
• Collaborate with service advisors and other technicians to support our team.
• Diagnose malfunction lights, leaks, noises, electrical issues, and other problems identified by customers.
• Thoroughly inspect each vehicle looking out for safety or preventable issues that might impact our customers.
• Complete work self sufficiently.

Required Job Skills:

• Solid foundational skills in automotive service and repair.
• Organization & cleanliness - this is not a dirty shop!
• Strong communication between team members.
• Time management to handle busy work days.

Probationary Period:
At A&B, we understand it's hard to know what it might be like to work for a new company. That's why we always hire applicants with a 60 day probationary period. During your probationary period, expect regular meetings with your supervisor to ensure you're settling in well and meeting our criteria for success.
