We’re looking for a hands-on Shipping & Receiving Lead to manage daily warehouse operations, lead a team, and ensure materials move accurately and on time. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy taking ownership, this is a great leadership opportunity.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily shipping and receiving operations
• Ensure accurate, timely movement of incoming and outgoing materials
• Maintain inventory accuracy, including cycle counts
• Supervise and support warehouse team members
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchasing, and Logistics teams
• Help meet on-time delivery goals for customers
• Monitor and enforce safety procedures

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations
• Strong inventory management and organizational skills
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience
• Forklift and material handling equipment experience
• Experience with inventory tracking and cycle counting

⭐ Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Required)

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Ability to work extended hours and overtime as needed

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wagoner, OK.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00/hr.
