Digital Designer Opportunity

As our Studio team continues to grow, we’re proactively connecting with talented Digital Designers to build our talent pool for anticipated upcoming opportunities. We are looking for a skilled digital designer with 3+ years of experience in display or digital advertising to join our Studio team. The ideal candidate is proficient in digital design and animation and can transform creative briefs into captivating visuals. They will be responsible for understanding internal and client briefs, working creatively within brand guidelines, and delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Design ads for our current advertising campaigns;
• Work in Creative Automation to build creatives;
• Demonstrate skills in composition, design, animation, and video as it pertains to the digital media landscape;
• Collaborate with other Designers and Celtra Studio Managers;
• Support Lead Designers on all assigned tasks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital design;
• Finished undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Arts or pursuing a degree in a design or design-related field (graphic design, fine art, motion graphic, or multimedia);
• Good verbal and written English communication skills;
• Skills in design software, particularly Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and After Effects or Premiere, Figma;
• An amazing drive to produce a well-informed design with pixel-perfect attention to detail;
• A portfolio including digital design work (presentations, websites, mobile apps, advertising) and conceptual examples;
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and effective communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving landscape;
• Experience working with creative teams, able to appropriately balance feedback and suggestions in an effective and impactful manner.
