Human Resources Internship Location: Orlando, FL | Position Type: Internship | Shift: Day | Salary: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour | Travel: None Responsibilities Perform daily transactional HR tasks independently under supervision. Assist with sourcing, recruiting, and posting top talent. Research HR‑related inquiries from employees and management. Complete special projects as assigned. Participate in HR training and development initiatives. Handle general administrative office work, including answering phone calls and making photocopies. Qualifications Current student in good standing at an accredited college or university, pursuing an undergraduate major in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or Business Administration. College GPA of at least 3.0 at the time of application. Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to research using the internet, AI tools, Canva, intranet, and spreadsheet formulas. Adaptable and quick to learn new programs and software.
