This position offers a flexible remote work environment with the expectation of a Monday to Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Act as a liaison between clients, their families, and outpatient providers, facilitating communication and coordination of care.

• Engage with insurance companies regarding pre-authorization and utilization management to ensure seamless client access to services.

• Participate actively in discharge planning and aftercare strategies to support clients transitioning out of more intensive services.
\n
• Provide therapeutic meal support, encouraging clients to develop a positive relationship with food through evidenced-based practices.

• Deliver safe, empathetic, and affirming care recognizing and respecting each client's unique background and intersecting identities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW in this role, you will primarily work with a diverse population of school-age children and adolescents facing a range of mental health challenges. Your expertise will assist in addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and familial concerns within an academic context. Qualifications\n
