Advanced degree preferred.6 years of experience in product management, health plan operations, healthcare, insurance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Skills and Attributes:Strong knowledge of pharmacy benefits, PBM operations, formulary or benefit administration, pharmacy clinical programs, or related health plan workflowsProven ability to translate pharmacy, clinical, operational, and regulatory needs into product strategy, roadmaps, prioritized backlogs, and measurable outcomesExperience leading cross-functional work across Pharmacy, Clinical Operations, Technology, Product, Analytics, Finance, and vendor partnersStrong understanding of pharmacy benefit capabilities, data and system integrations, member and provider workflows, and vendor dependenciesStrong business acumen with the ability to use financial, utilization, quality, member, and operational measures to guide prioritization and investment decisionsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage senior leadership and stakeholders at all levelsSkilled at navigating complex regulatory, operational, vendor, and technology dependencies while creating clarity and driving decisionsDemonstrated success managing strategic relationships with PBMs, pharmacy vendors, or other external partners.Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity, analytics, clinical workflows, or decision-making highly desiredWhat You Will Do at Cambia:Own the Pharmacy product strategy and roadmap, aligning priorities to member needs, affordability, clinical outcomes, regulatory requirements, and enterprise goalsLead and develop Product Owners and team members, creating clear accountability for outcomes, priorities, and deliveryPartner with pharmacy, business, and technology leaders to translate strategic and operational needs into prioritized capabilities, requirements, and executable workOversee operational, benefit, process, data, integration, vendor, and systems changes required to support evolving Pharmacy capabilitiesCoordinate complex PBM and vendor dependencies, ensuring integrations, implementation activities, and operational readiness are aligned across teamsUse financial, utilization, quality, member, and operational measures to evaluate performance, identify gaps, and guide continuous improvementDrive end-to-end readiness for pharmacy capabilities, including testing, implementation, regulatory readiness, issue resolution, and post-production stabilizationManage strategic vendor relationships and ensure partner capabilities, performance, contractual commitments, and roadmaps align with business needsAs a member of our strong leadership community, you will provide direction to your team, engage them towards common goals and create a positive experience that helps people flourish.FTEs Supervised3-5Pay ranges vary based on the candidate's work location. The expected hiring range depends on skills, experience, education, training; relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history.National pay structure — applies to the Boise and Lewiston, ID; Salt Lake City, UT, Oregon and Washington. The full salary range is $141,000 - $231,000 and the bonus target is 20%. The expected salary range is $150,500 - $203,600.Regional pay structure — applies to North Dakota and Idaho and Utah locations outside the metro areas listed above: The full salary range is $127,000 - $208,000 and the bonus target is 20%.
