Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer Responsibilities Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and construct promotional displays. Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores. Order product (via iPad) for shelves and displays to ensure in‑stock conditions. Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit) are well represented, stocked, and maintained per Mondelēz guidelines. Ensure sales representative negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues to Mondelēz management. Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in‑store service. Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches. Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store. Qualifications At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s licence issued by the state of residence. High School Diploma or GED preferred. Positive, self‑motivated, professional attitude; ability to work independently. Ability to drive personal vehicle to a variety of store locations. Mileage will be reimbursed. Capability to perform hard work in a fast‑paced environment and meet physical demands such as repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs (occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs). Previous retail/grocery experience a plus. Live within 25‑35 miles of Murfreesboro, TN (primary location) or Smyrna, TN (secondary). Schedule availability: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday. Start time: 7:00 am. Hiring bonus if applicable.
