About the Position

Job Title

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) – Operating Room

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Friday – Sunday, 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Scrub and/or circulate in a high-volume operating room environment supporting a wide range of surgical specialties
• Assist with surgical procedures including general, gynecology, neurosurgery, orthopedics, plastics, vascular, ENT, and urology
• Operate and assist with advanced surgical equipment including robotic platforms (Xi, SP, Mako, and DV5)
• Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio within a 14-OR suite, including two dedicated heart rooms and a hybrid OR
• Document accurately using the Meditech EMR system
• No on-call requirements for this assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active CST certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of scrub or circulating experience in an OR setting
• Experience with general trauma, orthopedic trauma, vascular, neurosurgery, or robotic surgery
• Proficiency or ability to adapt to Meditech EMR
• Flexible and positive attitude with ability to work in a fast-paced surgical environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Robotic surgery experience (da Vinci, Mako, or similar platforms)
• Neurosurgery or orthopedic/trauma scrub experience
• Familiarity with hybrid OR environments
