Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized mindfulness-based interventions, including MBSR, to support clients in reducing stress and enhancing their overall mental well-being.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify clients’ mental health challenges, stressors, and treatment objectives, creating personalized mindfulness practice plans.

• Guide clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation techniques, and breathing practices that promote self-awareness and emotional regulation.

• Facilitate dynamic group workshops focusing on mindfulness, stress management, and resilience-building strategies.

• Incorporate mindfulness strategies into one-on-one therapy sessions, effectively addressing clients' specific mental health concerns.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Commitment to professional development, with a background in mindfulness-based interventions preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
