About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its next phase of growth and impact. This role involves translating vision into clear priorities, scalable programs, and strong financial stewardship, while ensuring effective day-to-day execution that drives sustainable growth and measurable impact. The CEO will also be tasked with refining the organization's mission, strengthening systems and governance, and expanding fundraising capacity, all while maintaining the values and community focus that define the organization. The ideal CEO for the company will have senior executive leadership experience in a relevant sector, a strong fundraising orientation, and a proven track record of financial acumen. They should be adept at working with boards, particularly in founder-led or highly engaged governance environments, and have experience in building and scaling multi-site or multi-community models. Key leadership attributes include high integrity, emotional intelligence, and the ability to operate effectively in a high-pressure, high-visibility environment. The role requires a clear, confident communicator who is both decisive and collaborative, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders and lead a committed staff team. The CEO will also serve as the external representative of the organization, building and stewarding relationships to support its mission.
