Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician
Location: Twin Falls, ID 83301
Duration: 5 months (Temp to Hire)
Pay Rate: $25.28/hr (W2)
Shift Details
- Must be able to work all shifts:
- Training on day shift for 2–3 weeks
- No fixed schedule (Union site; shifts assigned based on business needs)
Job Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and equipment repairs.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.
- Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.
- Update maintenance activities in CMMS.
- Maintain production equipment for reliable operation.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of electro-mechanical automation installation and troubleshooting experience.
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of motors, drives, servos, pumps, relays, 3-phase power, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Basic machine repair and troubleshooting skills.
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office environment).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently and work all shifts/overtime as needed.
Preferred
- Military training and/or Technical School.
