We are committed to innovation and excellence, and we are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Manufacturing Production Controller to support our planning and scheduling activities in a fast‑paced environment. How you'll make a difference Create, maintain, and update production plans and schedules in line with customer demand and operational capacity Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to minimize delays and disruptions Work closely with shop floor teams daily to monitor progress, respond to issues in real‑time, and help keep production running to schedule Liaise with production, procurement, stores, and logistics teams to ensure material and resource availability Track work orders, stock levels, and production performance to support on‑time delivery Analyze production data and prepare reports to support planning decisions and operational performance Identify bottlenecks, shortages, and scheduling conflicts, escalating issues as necessary Support continuous improvement activities to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and workflow planning Maintain accurate system data and documentation related to production activity What you bring 3‑5 years previous experience in a Production Controller, Production Planner, or similar role within a manufacturing environment Good knowledge of production planning and scheduling processes Strong Excel skills, with the ability to analyze data, manage spreadsheets, and produce reports Experience using SAP is highly desirable Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple departments Excellent organizational skills with a methodical and accurate approach to work Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and remain hands‑on in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment About the team This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong planning and scheduling knowledge, advanced Excel capability, and ideally SAP experience, who is looking to play a key role in a fast‑paced additive manufacturing business with close involvement in shop floor operations.
