Monday - Friday
7:00 - 3:30
90 day Temp to Perm Role based on attendance and performance.
Responsibilities- Operate CNC machines to manufacture plastic parts according to specifications.
- Set up and adjust machines for optimal performance and efficiency.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members to improve production processes.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing machinery and manufacturing processes (training provided).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents.
- Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or machine operation is a plus but not required.
