\nJob Summary
\nCare for patients in a variety of ways, from assessing, diagnosing and treating chronic illnesses to advising about preventative healthcare, and working to diagnose and treat injuries and illnesses. Working to prevent future health issues and/or promote a healthier life for their patients. Performing physical exams, taking medical histories, performing and interpreting diagnostic tests, and recommending a plan of treatment.
\nQualifications
\n- \n
- M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited United States Medical School. \n
- Successful completion of residency and at an accredited healthcare institution. \n
- Board certification in primary care or related field from said residency. \n
- Current California State Medical Practitioner License. \n
- Current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) for prescription writing. \n
Skills
\n- \n
- Experience providing primary care and diagnostic services in a clinical setting. \n
- Experience prescribing appropriate medications, treatments and health regimens to treat patients health issues. \n
- Experience collaborating with specialists to explore patient health conditions and diagnose health issues. \n
- Experience working in a team of healthcare professionals and collaborating with them to ensure positive, effective patient experiences with our organization. \n
- Must have effective communication, facilitation, interpersonal and professional diplomacy skills. \n
- Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines. \n
- Able to Problem-solve, negotiate and demonstrate independent decision-making. \n
- Strong communication skills in both oral and written form. \n
- Positive attitude and takes a team approach to management. \n
- Maintain strong skills in diplomacy, professionalism and trustworthiness. \n
- Familiarity with Microsoft applications, which include the ability to learn new computer systems and applications. \n
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects. \n
- Detail oriented with desire for producing work with 100% accuracy. \n
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. \n
