What We're Looking For: Top performers with a proven track record of success in Business-to-Business (B2B) sales , including:
- Growing market share with existing and new clients
- Building lasting relationships to understand client business and hiring needs
- Partnering with internal teams to identify opportunities, qualify needs, and present talent solutions
- Cross-selling related services locally and across Iowa
- Delivering compelling value propositions to senior-level leaders
- Networking to strengthen connections with clients and candidates
You'll collaborate with experienced recruiters specializing in office administration and customer service staffing. Our talent pipeline includes candidates sourced from:
