This position plays an important role in supporting both customers and internal teams. The Customer Service Representative will assist with order processing, invoicing, payments, warranty and return requests, freight coordination, and incoming customer inquiries.

• Create and process sales orders based on customer orders.
• Prepare and send customer invoices.
• Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Prepare aging reports and communicate with the accounting team regarding past-due accounts.
• Create and process Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) for warranty claims, damaged products, and internal returns.
• Coordinate internal product transfers and customer shipments.
• Communicate with freight companies regarding deliveries and transportation needs.
• Answer incoming customer and consumer phone calls in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner.
• Assist customers with order-related questions and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain accurate customer, order, and account information within company systems.
• Provide general administrative and customer service support as needed.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Intermediate math and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Comfortable working with computers and learning new software systems.
• Experience with spreadsheets, databases, word processing, accounting, inventory, internet, or order-processing software is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.

This position is performed primarily in an office environment. Employees may occasionally be required to:

• Stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
• Reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, or bend as necessary.
• Use computers, telephones, copiers, printers, and other standard office equipment.
• Lift or move items weighing up to 20 pounds.
