As a Technician, you're more than just a service provider-you're a problem solver, a community partner, and a lawn care expert in the making. You take pride in your work, thrive outdoors, and enjoy creating beautiful, healthy yards for your neighbors. Hard work doesn't scare you-and neither does having a little fun while you do it. We'll give you the tools, training, and support you need-you bring the drive.
What You'll Do Think of your route like your own small business. We supply the truck, the customers, and the game plan-you take ownership and deliver outstanding results:

- Apply lawn care treatments such as fertilization, weed control, and aeration
- Conduct routine inspections of customer lawns and recommend services
- Operate and maintain equipment safely and professionally
- Deliver a friendly, informed, and helpful customer experience
- Promote services by canvassing neighborhoods on non-treatment days-offering free quotes and supporting business growth
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions, lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs for 8-10 hour shifts
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Candidates must meet background check requirements
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
- Comfortable working solo or as part of a team
- Willingness to learn-we'll provide the training
- Reliable, professional, and safety-focused
- Competitive Salary: $40,000-$50,000/year
