Our team operates in a fast-paced environment with a commitment to professionalism, performance, and long-term growth.
\n \nRole Description
\nWe are seeking a driven Real Estate Acquisitions Associate to join our Miami team. This is a full-time, in-office role ideal for someone who is passionate about real estate and looking to grow within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
\n \nResponsibilities

- Cold Calling \n
- Meeting in person potential sellers \n
- Research and identify potential acquisition opportunities \n
- Conduct outreach to property owners and brokers \n
- Maintaining organized records and follow-ups across multiple active connections \n
Qualifications
\n- \n
- Able to work independently and in a team \n
- Self-driven \n
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision \n
- Task-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities \n
- Strong organizational and communication skills \n
- Proficiency with Excel, CRM tools, and Google Workspace is a plus \n
