Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations, with a primary focus on personnel management, including hiring, training, and development. Manage Clinicoperations, including scheduling and inventory management. Guideand coach colleagues toward continuous improvement, maintaininga strong commitment to the client experience. Demonstrate initiativeinbalancingthe needs ofboththebusiness andthestaff. Qualifications Previous management experience in a veterinary setting is required. Comfortableworking part time on the floor,bothinthe back and up front. Experience executingclinical HR functions, includingSOPs, evaluations,anddisciplinary action. Ability to quickly learn and utilize our practice management system
