Job Responsibilities - What Awaits You

• Conduct routine and specialized clinical laboratory tests-encompassing chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more-following established protocols.
• Thoroughly analyze test results for accuracy, troubleshoot issues, and ensure lab instruments undergo regular maintenance and calibration.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as necessary, ensuring a smooth workflow.
• Document all procedures meticulously, mentor new staff or students, and contribute to maintaining high-quality lab standards.
• Promote a clean, safe working environment while adhering to regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.

Educational Background

• Possession of a bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree, with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of hiring.
• Maintain your certification throughout your employment with us.
