Inside Sales Coordinator

Job Summary: Supports customer facing sales force through the rhythm of sales; Lead to close. Executes, supports, improves selected activities under limited supervision. We are looking for a talented Inside Sales Coordinator to join our Distribution business. This is a remote/hybrid position. Candidates can be based in any time zone but are expected to work standard business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM in their local time zone, with occasional onsite requirements as needed. You will make an impact in the following ways: Respondtocustomercallsandemails,qualifyinquiries,androuteopportunitiestotheappropriatesalesprofessionals Preparebudgetaryquotesbygatheringtechnicalinformation,pricing,leadtimes,andcustomerrequirements Processcustomerorders,acknowledgements,invoices,andshippingnoticeswhileensuringaccuracyandtimelycommunication CreateandmanagePreventiveMaintenance(PM)contracts,workorders,andservice-relateddocumentation Coordinatewithinternalteamstoresolvecustomer,order,pricing,andserviceissues Reviewdashboards,auditreports,andoperationaldatatosupportserviceandsalesactivities In order to be successful in this role you will need the following: Strongcustomerserviceandsalessupportexperienceinafast-pacedenvironment Abilitytomanagemultiplepriorities,contracts,workorders,andcustomerrequestswithahighlevelofaccuracy Experiencepreparingquotes,processingorders,andmaintainingdetailedrecords Strongcommunicationskillswiththeabilitytoexplaintechnicalinformationtocustomersandinternalstakeholders Proficiencyworkingwithservicemanagement,CRM,ERP,orworkordersystems Abilitytoidentifyissues,troubleshootproblems,andcoordinateresolutionsacrossmultipleteams Demonstratedattentiontodetailandcommitmenttodeliveringcustomer-focusedsolutions Abilitytocollaborateeffectivelyandsupportcontinuousprocessimprovementinitiatives Receive PM request from SDCS team and enter into tracker PM contract creation (SOW, Pricing etc.) Create/Open PM work orders (SRT, parts etc.) and send over to responsible team in the requested time frame Inform the NADC team of any missing information (contact, parts, units etc.) Change requests to fix incorrect information (address, parts, units etc.) Sending PM work orders to Field Aware Managing any changes to the FieldAware/BMS WO (cancelation, change of service) Issue credits rebills for PM contract pricing issues Route process issues to the appropriate stakeholder (NADC, SDCS, etc.) Review dashboard and audit reports Customer specific PEM checklist FA forms (National Accounts) Education, Licenses, Certifications: High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. Experience: Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
