Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for a talented designer who is passionate about visual storytelling, brand consistency, and creating engaging content across digital and print platforms. Working closely with the Creative Director, Marketing team, and business stakeholders, you will help bring ideas to life through compelling designs that support company initiatives, campaigns, events, sales efforts, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce a variety of marketing materials, including digital advertisements, social media graphics, email assets, brochures, flyers, signage, presentations, infographics, and sales collateral.
• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns through creative visual solutions.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director, CMO, and cross-functional teams to develop innovative concepts that align with business objectives.
• Maintain consistency of visual identity and ensure all materials adhere to established brand standards.
• Create, edit, and optimize graphics for websites, landing pages, and digital platforms.
• Prepare production-ready files for print vendors and external partners.
• Perform photo editing, retouching, color correction, and image manipulation as needed.
• Assist with event branding, promotional materials, trade show graphics, and corporate communications.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Incorporate feedback constructively and make revisions efficiently.
• Stay informed on emerging design trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Organize and maintain digital asset libraries, templates, and design files.
• Assist in the creation of presentation materials for executive leadership, client meetings, and company events.

Required Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of graphic design experience, including internships, freelance work, or professional experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, composition, and branding principles.
• Experience designing for both digital and print mediums.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and design styles.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field
• Experience with Figma, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar creative tools.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or website content management systems.
• Experience creating social media content and digital marketing assets.
• Previous experience supporting B2B marketing initiatives.
• Knowledge of photography, videography, or motion graphics.
