Roll Form OperatorHTI is hiring a Roll Form Operator for a growing manufacturing company in Easley/Greenville, SC. If you enjoy working with industrial equipment, reading blueprints, and producing high-quality metal components, we want to hear from you.Location: Easley, SCWhat You'll DoAs a Roll Form Operator, you'll be responsible for safely operating roll forming equipment while producing quality metal components that meet customer specifications and production goals. Your responsibilities will include:Operate roll forming machinery safely and efficiently to meet production requirementsSet up tooling, adjust machine settings, and verify proper machine operationRead and interpret blueprints, production orders, drawings, and work instructionsPerform in-process quality inspections using tape measures, calipers, gauges, and other measuring toolsMonitor product quality and dimensional accuracy throughout productionTroubleshoot minor machine, tooling, and material feed issuesAssist with coil loading and material handling using forklifts or overhead cranes (as authorized)Complete production, quality, scrap, and downtime documentationPerform routine machine inspections and basic preventative maintenanceMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following 5S standardsFollow all OSHA, PPE, and lockout/tagout safety proceduresWork closely with production, quality, and leadership teams to improve efficiency and reduce wasteWhat We're Looking ForQualified candidates will have:Manufacturing or industrial machine operation experienceExperience operating roll forming equipment, metal fabrication equipment, or similar production machinery preferredAbility to read blueprints, technical drawings, and production specificationsExperience using measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and gaugesAbility to accurately measure to 1/32\" or betterStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsBasic math and computer skillsForklift and/or overhead crane experience is a plusCommitment to safety, quality, and teamworkPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shiftAbility to lift up to 50 poundsComfortable working in a manufacturing environment with noise, moving equipment, and varying temperaturesAbility to wear required PPE throughout the workdaySince 1999, HTI has been connecting skilled professionals with leading manufacturing companies across the Southeast.
