What You'll Do

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled physical therapy interventions under supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist with manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, ambulation, modalities, and assistive device use
• Assess patient progress and communicate findings to supervising therapist
• Document all treatments and patient responses in electronic medical records
• Support patient and caregiver education on mobility, safety, and discharge planning
• Participate in care conferences, team meetings, and ongoing training
• Support and supervise students as assigned
• Follow all applicable state, federal, and professional practice standards and ethics

What You Need

• Valid Oklahoma Physical Therapist Assistant license
• 1+ year of relevant experience, ideally in LTC or outpatient settings
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed care plans
