What You'll Do:

• Screen, evaluate, and rehabilitate patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care needs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans following regulatory and clinical standards
• Administer therapeutic procedures including manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities, and assistive devices
• Monitor patient progress, modify treatments as needed, and document outcomes accurately
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care and discharge planning
• Provide consultation and education to patients, families, and caregivers
• Supervise and support physical therapist assistants, aides, or students as needed

What You Need:

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Oklahoma
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a clinical setting, ideally LTC or rehab-focused
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and documentation requirements
