Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $39.53/hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatments to patients with physical functioning disorders under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Administer procedures including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and use of assistive devices
• Assess patient progress and communicate effectively with supervising Physical Therapist to modify treatments
• Document all treatments, patient progress, and communicate with healthcare team members
• Offer consultation and support to patients, families, and caregivers
• Support the discharge planning process and participate in patient care conferences and team meetings
• Supervise and support students under the guidance of the supervising Physical Therapist
• Adhere to all relevant practice acts, ethical standards, and documentation requirements

What You Need:

• Active State Licensure as a PTA (Oklahoma)
• Prior experience in long-term care settings preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse healthcare teams
• Commitment to providing patient-centered, evidence-based care
