What You'll Do

• Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with physical functioning disorders and wounds.
• Administer therapies including manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and use of assistive devices.
• Evaluate patient progress, adjust treatments, and document outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Provide patient and family counseling related to physical health and rehabilitation goals.
• Communicate regularly with healthcare team members regarding patient status and treatment adjustments.
• Prepare comprehensive discharge summaries and maintain accurate electronic health records.
• Support supervision of rehab aides and students, ensuring adherence to professional standards.

What You Need

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Oklahoma
• At least 1 year of experience in rehabilitation or LTC settings preferred
• Strong knowledge of clinical assessment, treatment procedures, and documentation standards
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
