Front Office Treatment Coordinator / Dental Coordinator
Dynamic Family Dental Practice
We are a growing, patient-focused family dental practice looking for an energetic, organized, and personable Front Office Treatment Coordinator to join our team!
Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships with patients, and is passionate about helping people feel confident about their dental care.
Responsibilities:- Welcome and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
- Coordinate treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements
- Verify insurance benefits and maximize patient understanding of coverage
- Schedule appointments efficiently and manage daily flow
- Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and maintain excellent communication
- Support the clinical team to ensure an exceptional patient experience
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative tasks
- Previous dental front office or treatment coordinator experience preferred
- Knowledge of dental insurance and treatment presentation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Experience with dental software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, etc.) is a plus
- Positive attitude and team-player mentality
