Production Assembly Team Lead
Location: Fort Worth Alliance, TX
Job Type: Full-Time
About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Production Assembly Team Lead to join a growing manufacturing operation in Fort Worth. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys coaching teams, driving production goals, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of production assembly operators.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor workflow to meet production goals.
- Train, coach, and mentor team members.
- Ensure products meet quality standards and work instructions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and help improve efficiency.
- Maintain accurate production records and performance metrics.
- Promote and enforce workplace safety procedures.
- Work closely with supervisors and other departments to achieve daily production objectives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing or production experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or team lead role.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and technical documents.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Basic computer skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Electronics manufacturing or assembly experience.
- Experience with continuous improvement or Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Previous experience training or mentoring employees.
